We started with low-fidelity wireframes to establish page layout, content hierarchy, and navigation flow. This allowed us to focus on usability and ensure that key information was presented clearly. Once the structure was finalized, we developed a clickable prototype that simulated real user interactions across the main pages.
The prototype enabled stakeholders to experience the website flow early and provide meaningful feedback before development began. Through this process, we refined navigation, improved service discovery, and optimized the placement of call-to-action elements.
Validating the experience at the prototyping stage helped reduce design risks and ensured that the final website would deliver a smooth, intuitive journey for visitors.
