The challenge
Homeowners loved Arcadia in person. Online, the brand didn’t show it.
Great product. A brand that didn't show it.
Arcadia's work speaks for itself inside the home — clean fits, quality fabrics, careful installs. Homeowners who met the team loved them.
But the brand had grown piece by piece. Mixed visuals, unclear messaging, and catalogs that didn't help the sale. Before spending on leads, Arcadia needed a brand people could trust at first glance.
Our approach
Rooms and problems first, products second, and a way to book on every screen.
Four steps from
"nice blinds" to booked visits
We used the same simple method on every page of the new site — the home page, the 17 product pages, and the catalog.
How homeowners really shop
They don't start with a product name. They start with a room and a problem: too much sun, no privacy, a nursery that needs to be dark.
Built around rooms and needs
17 styles, grouped by type and by need, with one menu that shows them all. Every style gets its own page people can find on Google.
Real rooms, real light
A calm slate-and-linen look, big room photos, and before/after views — so the product sells itself the way it does in person.
A way to book on every screen
A 3-field form up top, a booking button after every section, and a sticky button on phones. Name, phone, ZIP — that's it.
The solution
A new website with 17 product pages, a print catalog and real room photos, all speaking the same language.
Four collections, one clear path
The new site sorts 17 custom styles by type and by need — light control, privacy, room darkening, child safety — so homeowners find their fit fast.
Every section answers the homeowner's next question, then offers a visit.
Here's the Roman Shades page, top to bottom. Six questions a homeowner asks, six sections that answer them.
A 4.9 rating, local install and a short form, all before the first scroll.
The same window with and without the shade, so homeowners can picture it.
Flat, relaxed, hobbled and blackout, each tagged with the rooms it suits.
Book a visit, choose in your own light, and we measure and install.
What changes the price, plus a free written estimate. No surprises.
A button after every section, and one that stays put on phones.
The same brand, at the kitchen table
The new look carries into the print catalog designers bring to every in-home visit, and into the room photos used across the site and social. One brand, wherever a homeowner meets it.
Real rooms, real installs
We shot Arcadia's own work in DFW homes. No stock. The same photos run on the site, in the catalog and on social.
The results
What changed after launch, and what homeowners say now.
A brand that books more in-home visits
See it the way homeowners do
Take a look at the live site and see how a tailored brand, clear products and an easy booking path came together for Arcadia Blinds.
Visit the live website →They measured every window, explained the options plainly, and installed everything in a single morning. The shutters look like they were built with the house.
That's the point of the redesign: the site now says what homeowners were already saying after the install.
